Porter Mufflers Million Mile Guarantee

Porter Mufflers, hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer," warrants to the original purchaser of a Porter Muffler that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one million miles from the date of purchase.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• This guarantee is limited to the replacement of any Porter Muffler that is found to be defective in material or workmanship during normal use and maintenance.
• This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or modification of the Porter Muffler.
• This guarantee does not cover any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
• This guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• To obtain guarantee service, the defective Porter Muffler must be returned to the Manufacturer or an authorized dealer, along with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees, express or implied, including any implied guarantee of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Manufacturer's liability under this guarantee is limited to the replacement cost of the defective Porter Muffler, and in no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any other damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
