Porter's Standard Length Muffler
Body Length- 20" Overall Length- 26"
All Porter Mufflers are non-directional, allowing them to be mounted in either direction. Exhaust gas passes through the center of the steel spiral core with the sound dissipating into the stainless-steel packing preventing drone. Unlike glass-packed mufflers, our steel-packed mufflers will never break down.

I put a pair of 3" Porter mufflers on my Plymouth Fury with a built 440 and it sounds spectacular! I've had a lot of compliments on how good it sounds. I've got a short exhaust so it's a nice rumble at idle, and at wide open it screams! I couldn't be more happier! Great customer service too!

I installed two 20" x 2" Porter Mufflers on my 1955 GMC 1 ton, engine I6 261 with Fenton headers, true duals, and have 7' of 2" straight pipe from both of the mufflers. These porter mufflers with this setup, makes best sound ever!
Note: I have another old GMC I and working on, and will be doing the same.

I absolutely love my porter mufflers. I have a 59 chevy , 350 engine, ram horn manifolds dual 2.5 inch exhaust pipes the porter mufflers out the back with chrome turn downs. Makes my truck sound period correct. I get compliments all the time. Acceleration sound is awesome. Cruise sound is mellow very low resonances. Very cool old school sound.
